Volunteer
If you are interested in getting involved with the media camp, please come to our next meeting:
We meet every Sunday at 4pm – please contact us for the location.
There are a number of working groups volunteers can jump into
- Programming: Plans the events that will take place at the camp.
- Logistics: Deals with the space and materials we’ll be using.
- Outreach: Will work to bring in and assist community organizations.
- Publicity: Will work with the media and get the word out as widely as possible.
- Fundraising: Will solicit donations and coordinate events to raise funds
We also would looking to fill the following positions:
Vibe Management
- mediation, conflict resolution, stress management, making sure meetings have breaks, fun time
Food Donation Coordinator (work with the Logistics Point Person)
- Research and solicit food donations
- Arrange for food pick-up, delivery
