You are invited to participate in the 2008 Portland Grassroots Media Camp, which will take place on the Portland Community College Cascade Campus the weekend of September 12th-14th

Square Dance to Live Music and help the Portland Grassroots Media Camp!

Portland square dance caller Paul Silveria will be joined by the live old-time music of Ebenezer for an evening of high energy traditional square dancing. Paul has been calling dances since 2002 and has called at
Pickathon, the Portland Old Time Gathering, and Chicago’s Old Town School of Folk Music. Even beginners will feel comfortable as Paul teaches each new move right on the floor throughout the course of the night, no lessons needed!

When: Saturday August 16th, 8pm
Where: Liberty Hall (311 N. Ivy)
Cost: $5-10 sliding scale (beer and PGMC T-shirts will be available for purchase.)

We want to do a better job getting the word out for PGMC 2008 and could really use any materials you have from the last media camp.
